- Why doesn't he like sandals?
- Why does he always eat the same things for lunch?
- Why does he obsess about things that others don't care about?
If I only knew the answers ... but I don't. I just know Will and what he likes and doesn't. I try to make his life easier by knowing what to buy, where to go, how to do things and explain as best I can to others. I thank God every day that we have him! I know he was meant for us.
Lately I have been talking with Reagan about why we go all over for Will to go to therapy different places. Why he has to wait so patiently. Why Will's brain works different than others.
My heart melted last week at Walgreen's when Reagan noticed a glass jar with fake butterflies in it. He talked about how much Will would like it. He even checked to make sure there was a monarch (Will's favorite). This is how I know God works in our lives. Reagan gets it!
Yesterday I quick ran there with the boys and Reagan took Will right over to see them. Normally I don't give in to buying things (and I really didnt') because I told Will if he wanted it, he had to pay for it.
