Butterflies

Will is really into butterflies and their life cycle. He learned about last year from his first grade teacher and became obsessed with it.

This year my assistant at school had found some caterpillars and she told me what to do with them. She brought me one in a jar for Will and brought us milkweed every day. After about 3 weeks our caterpillar turned in to a butterfly.

We let it go (which devastated my boy!). Luckily the weather was so beautiful we hope she survived on her migration South!
